$ 70.00 & Up – Mobile/Convenience Fee* (Determined by location and time)
*Fee is still due & payable if signing does not occur for any reason when Notary arrives, or if appointment is cancelled 30 minutes or less prior to scheduled time.
“Waiting time” (After 20 minutes of scheduled appointment – $15.00) (plus $15 each additional 15 minutes)
“After hours” signing (06 pm – 8 am) – $40.00 – $90.00 service fee + Mobile Fees
“Short notice / last minute” signing – TBD
County Jails – $95.00 minimum + Mobile Fee
Returned check fee – $35 charge for NSF checks

What type of identification do you need to Notarize a document:
You need a valid, government issued photo ID with you when you visit our office for notary services. You might require some witnesses for some documents for the notarization. In most cases, the notary cannot act as a witness.
